The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation leveled against the petitioner is with regard to committing theft in train. It has been further alleged that upon information the police conducted a raid and recovered a mobile.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint is dated 25.08.2016 and the F.I.R. has been registered on 15.11.2016 which itself shows that there is some mistake and

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Barauni, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni Rail P.S.
