The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gaya R.P.F. Post Case No.05 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 3 of the R.P.(U.P.) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that frivolous allegation has been made regarding recovery of 450 Kg. of coal. Learned counsel further submits that no recovery was ever made, but on some misnomer the petitioner's name was included in connection with the present case.
