The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is contended that petitioner being the supervisor, is also an employee of the private security agency and there is no allegation of any forgery done by him as neither he is the appointing authority of the private guards nor has any incriminating materials been recovered from his possession. It is claimed that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42651 of 2016 (2) dt.04-10-2016 2 / 2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No.312 of 2016 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be the close relative or his family member, who will file affidavit before the court below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship with the petitioner.
