2.The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 297 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is apparent that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the open field, which is in front of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
