The petitioner seeks bail in N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 19/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 04.03.2018. In the written report, it is alleged that two country made pistols and some cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.
Keeping in view the period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53993 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Samastipur in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 19/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
