Some bottles, containing near about 7 liters Indian made foreign liquor, were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 01.09.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No. 197 of 2016.
