The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 238/2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a),32,41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are no recoveries from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been named as one of the persons who is said to have been fleeing from the place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38946 of 2019(3) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 238/2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
