The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.2524C of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 380, 354(B), 406, 420, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that the petitioner No.2, Ramji Roy and petitioner No.4, Sumitra Devi came in contact

No.40993 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/3 with the complainant and persuaded that their son, Anil Kumar Roy, who is working as Clerk in Kasba Block, has got access to high officials. They assured the complainant to provide job of Night Guard. Anil Kumar Roy took Rs.1 lakh from the complainant but he did not provide any job.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they in fact committed no offence. The complainant is the neighbour of the petitioners. Petitioner No.4, Sumitra Devi lodged Mahila P.S. Case No.74 of 2017 on 23.10.2017 against the complainant and others and thereafter, the complainant filed the present case making false allegation. There is no chit of paper to show that Anil Kumar Roy received any money from the complainant for providing him job.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with
