The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) order(s) or direction(s) for commanding and directing the respondent authority specially the respondent no. 3

Patna High Court CWJC No.15728 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 to conduct and enquiry with regard to the proceeding dated 10.01.2020 whereby the private respondent no. 7 has been made as in-charge Vice-Chancellor of the Bihar Sanskritik Vidyapith, (hereinafter referred to as "Vidyapith") without following due process of law and in derogation of the bye-laws of the Vidyapith and consequentially forbearing the respondent no. 7 from involving in any manner with the affairs and administration of the Vidyapith and alternatively to cancel of the registration of the Vidyapith, and make absolute in the facts and circumstances of the matter and/or for issuance of any other consequential writ, order or direction for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to the facts and circumstances of the matter as stated in hereinafter.

The writ petition powers under writ petition are not to be evoked for the said purpose, if the petitioner wants any enquiry to be conducted, he may file a complaint before the appropriate forum.

The writ petition is mis-concieved and accordingly dismissed.
