In view of the earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner having been withdrawn on 16.08.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 22782 of 2013 and no reason furnished for filing a second application for anticipatory bail, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.
Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. However, in the event the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the Court below, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present order, in accordance with law.
