Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 308, 336 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have given one sword blow to one injured causing injury on his hand. However, other accused persons appear to have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Pirpainti P.S.
