The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 973 of 2020 (G.R. No. 3840 of 2020) registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is made accused in a case of loot of C.S.P. from which 2.5 lakhs were looted.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had found a mobile on Khagaria railway station and because of that mobile, he has been implicated. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no material available against him and he has clean antecedent and he is in jail since 17.03.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41704 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 973 of 2020 (G.R. No. 3840 of 2020).

The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
