2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(5), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 111 and 338 of the I Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. Government records were stolen by the accused persons and thereafter, they used to make copy of the Kathiyan and sale deed and used to do the sale and purchase of the land.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41380 of 2025(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 he is accused in similar cases also.

5. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
