Without delaying disposal of the matter any further, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.4.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.2779C of 2012 pending in the court of Smt. Niharika, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna. However, from now on the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1500/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
