Having regard to the fact that the petitioner wants his earlier services rendered by him in Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna in capacity of resident Doctor to be counted towards experience in Bihar Health Service, where he has been appointed in the year 2014, this Court would find it difficult to direct respondent no. 7, keeping in view that the services of the petitioner in Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna is not
Patna High Court CWJC No.10541 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 truly speaking a service rendered in the State Government. The said institute may be aided and funded by the State Government but that will not give it the colour of the services rendered by the petitioner in the Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna to be the Government service.
That being so, this application must fail and is, hereby, dismissed.
