2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the deceased in the year 2014 and they have two children also. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that the deceased has committed suicide and the statement of the daughter of the petitioner supports the

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025.
