Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 20.3.2015 is hereby confirmed in connection with C.R. No.511 of 2014 pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Samastipur.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1500/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
