The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Rajpur P.S Case No. 128 of 2014. Since the investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer
