This appeal is filed for grant of bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 01 of 2017 registered under Sections 354(A)(B), 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8 of the POCSO Act and 3(i)(w), 3(ii)(v) of the SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the F.I.R. is lodged after 10 days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that appellant is very old person, i.e. about 65 years, suffering from various diseases and he has clean antecedent. It is also submitted that he is in custody since 27.05.2017.

APP (SJ) No.1696 of 2017 (2) dt.08-06-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with POCSO Case No. 01 of 2017 arising out of Nawada Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016.
Accordingly, this appeal is allowed.
