JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Petitioner's Grill making shop was inspected on 6.2.2013 in which he was found using 20 HP extra load and a punitive bill of Rs.2,36,131/- was raised.

The petitioner by filing IA has challenged the final assessment order stating that wrong assessment of load has been made in the inspection report dated 6.2.2013. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the statutory appeal, taking all the grounds in support of his submission.

Needless to state that the electric supply would be restored by the respondents, if the petitioner deposits the statutory amount.
