The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the accused persons were trying to get possession of the land when the informant reached there then this petitioner resorted to firing which did not hit anyone.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to land dispute the accusation has been levelled and admittedly no injury was caused and petitioner side earlier lodged Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2010

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33119 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 against the informant.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
