JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 576 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section-307 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted the brother of the informant with sword, as a result of which, both hands of brother of the informant became injured. C.D. has been received wherein injury has been mentioned. The doctor has found injury No. 1 grievous which is fracture on the part of left fore-arm. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 18-012017. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27042 of 2017 (4) dt.01-08-2017 amount each in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 576 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
