The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017, dated 31.03.2017 giving rise to G.O. Case No.- 86 of 2017, registered under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The accusation is that the police is said to have recovered wine from the flour mill of the petitioner upon information being supplied to the police by the co-accused Rajesh Rai.

It is further alleged that 235 bottles of Royal Stag foreign wine was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

No.27125 of 2017 (2) dt.15-06-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent, except one similar case of the same instance and in the said case, the petitioner has been granted bail by the learned Trial Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 7.4.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 dated 31.01.2017 giving rise to G.O. Case No.- 86 of 2017. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) khushbu/- U T
