1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 198, 316(2), 318(4), 308(3), 308(5), 351(2), 351(3) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners nos. 1 and 2 have antecedent of two case and informant alleges that he was posted in the Registration Office, Hajipur, further in the year 2024, he came in contact with Akansha through social media and thereafter they started talking

2/4 on phone, it is next alleges that Akansha disclosed that she has an unmarried elder sister, thus requested him to marry her, accordingly the parents of the informant went to see her elder sister but rejected the proposal, further Akansha said that if his family did not like her elder sister then she is willing to marry him, but informant refused, thereafter Akansha started sending messages on his mobile and threatened that she will ensure that his service is terminated and will harass him more than what was meted out to Gopal Kumar, B.D.O, further his marriage got fixed and engagement ceremony was performed on 28.02.2026 but Akansha came to know about the same, hence on 01.03.2026, Akansha called and threatened to break his marriage and thereafter started mentally harassing him, next alleges that on 06.03.

2026, he received a call from Mahila Police Station, Bhojpur, based on complaint made by Akansha, further on 15.03.2026, Akansha along with her family members including Dilip who is an SI came to the Police Station and abused and threatened that he will have to marry her or else his service would be in peril and also demanded Rs.

3/4 pressurise for marriage and indulge in extortion. It is also alleged that Dilip threatened of dire consequences. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being related to Akansha have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioners are father, brother and brother-in-law (Jija) of Akansha. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that thrust of the allegation is against Akansha and Dilip and the petitioners came to be implicated only with an intent to coerce Akansha into submission.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 17 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of
