2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner obtained tender by submitting forged experienced certificate.
4. It is submitted that without any notice the documents of the petitioner have been declared forged and fabricated. Moreover, no work was allotted to him and also there is no material which indicates that petitioner caused loss to the government. As such, no case under 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) and 511 made out against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. case no 81 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
