The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that while daughters of the informant were going to fill up the form, the petitioner along with others with common intention kidnapped two minor daughters of the informant. Both victim girls along with their mother appeared today in the chambers. The victim girl Juli Kumari stated that she has love affair with the petitioner. Now good sense has prevailed between them. The mother of the victim girls has stated that compromise petition has also been filed in the lower court after development of good sense between the parties.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51428 of 2016 (5) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 The another victim girl Rina Kumari, who is sister of Juli Kumari has also appeared. She has stated that she has gone voluntarily with her sister Juli Kumari. She has further stated that now good sense has prevailed between parties.
In view of the submission made by the mother and both the victim girls in the chambers and now good sense has prevailed between the parties and the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2016, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No.86 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) ravi/- U T
