2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 74, 76, 77, 78, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that on 10.02.2026, this petitioner, along with 5 to 6 unknown persons, came and started abusing informant, pelted stones upon her and threatened to kidnap her daughter. Daughter of informant in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. has

No.41300 of 2026(2) dt.06-07-2026 2/2 categorically stated that six months prior to the occurrence, while she was returning from the school, this petitioner caught her hand, took her to his house and took obscene photographs and videos of her and when the police arrives, this petitioner managed to flee away from the place of occurrence and his friend Prince was apprehended.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation, gravity of offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
