2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the the accused persons came at the house of the informant and started assaulting father of the informant. The co-accused Vijay Sahani hit informant's father on his head with iron rod resulting into blood oozing from his head and he fell on the ground. When the family members came to rescue, they were also assaulted.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent. There is specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46722 of 2024(2) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 allegation in the FIR that co-accused Vijay Sahani inflicted rod blow on the head of the deceased. The cause of death as per postmortem report is cerebral damage consequent upon the head injury caused by hard and blunt substance. Learned counsel has further submitted that the injury on the person of the deceased is attributed to co-accused Vijay Sahani and not to the petitioner. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that she was abusing the members of prosecution side.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that she is a lady of clean antecent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
