2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim girl and the petitioner were in a relationship. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43915 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Lakhisarai/ concerned Court in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024.
