This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dhibra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. In the supplementary affidavit, it has been averred that the petitioners have completed their work under the scheme. Considering the aforesaid fact and also the fact that similarly situated accused persons have been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37265 of 2020(5) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.83782 of 2019 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.11730 of 2020, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Aurangabad, in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
