2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.R. No. 5773 of 2022, arising out of Harnaut (Telmar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 672 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 417, 418, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner, being an agent of the insurance company, in collusion with another co-accused Arun Kumar, made a forged death certificate of the alive husband of complainant and tried to usurp the insurance amount.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has not withdrawn a single penny
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46117 of 2024(4) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 from the account of complainant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with G.R. No. 5773 of 2022, arising out of Harnaut (Telmar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 672 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
