2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 366A, 376, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S.Case No. 02 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner in league with other accused persons, abducted the minor daughter of the complainant for marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim has solemnized marriage with the petitioner which transpires from her statement recorded under Section 164

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S.Case No. 02 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
