Petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No.143 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392, 395, 397 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner merely on suspicion. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
