The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.632 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) and 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police intercepted a car and recovered 32.760 litres of liquor from the car bearing registration No.BR-1AE5529. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner remained in jail for about 4 1⁄2 months for recovery of 32.760 litres of liquor from the car of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
