JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that when the informant went to ask for the due wages the petitioner and others abused by calling the caste name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 11.3.2014 the FIR was registered on 25.3.2014 and admittedly the occurrence took place at the door of the informant hence that cannot be treated to be a place of public view.
