JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Name of the petitioner figured in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. F.I.R is against unknown. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. There is no material against this petitioner save and except confessional statement of co-accused. Another co-accused Pinki Devi has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 17.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32532 of 2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019.
