JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(1) For for issuance of an appropriate writ /writs, order/orders, direction /directions for the following reliefs:- (i) For a direction to the respondents especially the District Magistrate, Madhubani to provide administrative help to the petitioner to protect the movable/ immovable property from land grabbers/ encroachers appertaining to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10745 of 2022(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/3 different Mauza under Madhubani Sadar, Jaynagar, Benipatti and Jhanjharpur subdivision in the district of Madhubani in pursuant to the letter issued by the State Director, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Patna as contained in annexure 5 & 6 to remove the of this writ application.

(ii) For a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachments from the lands & house appertaining to different Mouza under Madhubani Sadar, Jaynagar and Jhanjharpur subdivision in the district of Madhubani, the land belongs to Madhubani Zila Khadi Gramodyog Sangh which has been illegally encroached by the encroachers whose name has been figured in the representation filed before the authority by petitioner as contained in Annexure 4 of the writ application.

(iii) For holding that the land/ house which has been encroached by the private persons are under illegal possession and it should be vacated for larger interest of the petitioner and the respondent."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U
