The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No.39 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Animal Cruelty Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if at all the case is made out, the petitioner has valid papers for purchase of buffalos and no criminality can be attached to him under the provisions of Section 414 of the I.P.C.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his

No.32300 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Dhanaha P.S.
