ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner faces prosecution on account of the fact that there is a fake certificate on the basis of which she had applied for the post of teacher. He further submits that so far as petitioner is concerned, she has not obtained any job and no loss has been caused to the State Government.

In view of the aforementioned submission, let the petitioner Archana Anand, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32346 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 P2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
