2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 631 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on account of which right hand of the informant got fractured.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute between the parties over the passage. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
