ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present modification application has been necessitated as in the prayer portion of the previous application the name of the wrong P.S. as well as wrong court has been recorded. He now submits that the correct P.S. Case number is Bihar P.S. Case No. 278 of 2016 and the correct name of the court is Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda instead of Chandi P.S. Case No. 278 of 2016 and 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda.

Accordingly, let the order dated 19.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45203 of 2016 be modified to the said extent and the order shall henceforth read as having been passed in the context of Bihar P.S. Case No.278 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda. With the aforementioned modification the application stands disposed of. (Anjana Mishra, J.) ravi/- U T
