The petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b) a 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 17th January, 2017. In this case charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has stated in para no. 3 of the petition that he has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as per the statement made on affidavit and the fact that the petitioner is in custody for about six months, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27135 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Danapur, Patna or the successor Court in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
