Category (Backward Class) but in his Certificate issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna of Physical Education and Health Instructor Ability Test, 2019 the petitioner has been described under E.W.S. Category (Economically Weaker Section). Accordingly, the petitioner filed a representation vide Annexure - 6 dated: 31.05.2022 before the Secretary, Bihar School Examination

Patna High Court CWJC No.10887 of 2022(3) dt.04-05-2023 2/2 Board but no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board submits that Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna may be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of dispute, I direct the respondent no. 7 / Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to dispose the representation of the petitioner (Annexure6) within a period of one month from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order by a reasoned order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
