2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024, registered under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 336(4), 338, 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that two coaccused persons were apprehended at Sonpur Railway station for arranging fraudulent joining letters. It is further alleged that from co-accused Deepak Kumar Tiwari, police recovered two mobile phones, at ATM card and a PAN card. Co-accused revealed that they were running a fake RPF training centre to dupe youths.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused, namely, Sanjay Kumar Prasad and the same has got no evidentiary value. It is next submitted that there is no any cogent material against the petitioner except the confession of the co-accused person. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58531 of 2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two
