ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that the Respondent No. 4 may be directed to dispose the representation dated 21.08.2023 filed by the petitioner by fixing a time frame.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Bank has stated that there is no endorsement on the said representation having been received by the bank. Learned counsel has stated that the petitioner may be directed to give a

Patna High Court CWJC No.10414 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 fresh representation to the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Bank Manager, Amjadur Pidhouli near Teghra, P.S. Teghara, DistristBegusarai and the same will be considered and necessary orders passed in accordance with law.

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of all the parties. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 4 within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of the representation by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of to the extent indicated.
