Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 427, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(ii) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that accused persons entered into the courtyard of the informant abused and assaulted the informant. The accused persons also tried to stripped the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant's side were obstructing the passage of the petitioners when protest was made and for the occurrence of 25.01.2015 the First Information Report was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34200 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 registered on 03.03.2014. Moreover the occurrence alleged to have taken place inside the house of the informant, hence it can not be treated to be a place of public view. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the F.I.R, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
