Pursuant to order dated 22.10.2014, a third supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 5, in which it has been stated that the actual payment of Rs. 55,200/- has been made and further a detailed order has been passed showing break up of Rs. 6,469/-, which has been deducted by the authority by way of

Patna High Court MJC No.3307 of 2011 dt.31-08-2016 2/2 adjustment.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court is of the opinion that the authorities have complied with the order passed by the Court in CWJC No. 1506 of 2010 dated 10.11.2010. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

However, if the petitioner feels that any further payment is due to him or any adjustment has wrongly been made, he shall be at liberty to file representation before the concerned opposite party, who shall look into the same, if filed within one month from today along with a copy of this order.

Upon the representation being filed, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a speaking order in accordance with law within a month thereafter.

It goes without saying that if further payment is required to be made, the same shall also be paid within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
