The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sangrampur P.S. Case No.215 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, Bimla Devi named 15 persons in the F.I.R. but did not name the petitioner at the first place and made specific allegation against the named accused persons. At the second place of the F.I.R., the informant alleged that Chandan Kumar (the petitioner), son of Kerai Mahto @ Ashok Kumar Bouri pulled down the child on the ground but the child did not receive any injury. 14 persons named in the first place of the F.I.R. have already been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26820 of 2019. The case of

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.215 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
