2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the age of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 387, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found to be involved in demand of extortion.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

6. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the delay in the trial, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Teghra, District-Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Phulwaria Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (ii) The petitioner shall appear personally in the trial regularly till framing of charge. After framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
