Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S.Case No. 458 of 2018.

As per allegation, the petitioner and co-accused Azad Kumar had kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant and her friend Simpi Kumari.

CoAccused Azad Kumar having similar allegation was put on trial and was acquitted. He has submitted further that when the informant perceived the real fact, he filed the compromise petition. A copy of the supplementary affidavit was produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is kept on record. It appears that co-accused Azad Kumar has been acquitted by Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in Sessions Trial No. 21 of 2021, vide judgment dated 25.01.2022.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S.Case No. 458 of 2018. subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided
